RESOLUTION NO. 32 - 1989
' RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AMENDED
SUBSTATE AGREEMENT FOR THE MOORE LAKE RESTORATION
PROJECT (EPA GRANT #SO055570- 01 -04)
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota and the City of Fridley have executed a substate
agreement #32100- BO1 -81 to perform improvements for the restoration of water
qualit-y of Moore Lake; and
WHEREAS, additional time is required to complete the tasks stated in the
agreement; and
WHEREAS, certain budget amounts need to be revised; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley desires to complete the execution of the Moore Lake
Restoration project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor, William J. Nee, is authorized to
sign the agreement on behalf of the City.
