WHEREAS, the City Council desires permission to enter upon a certain portion of
the St. Paul Board's premises to construct and maintain a 15 -inch storm sewer
line; and
W=AS, the storm sewer line is to be constructed in the Board's waterworks
right -of -way north of Osborne Road and west of Main Street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the storm sewer improvements will
accommodate future development of the area and will be in the public interest
and welfare of the City of Fridley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Fridley authorizes entering into the
above- mentioned agreement.
2. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute the agreement
providing for the planned storm sewer pipe.
