BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 161.36, Subdivision 1 through 6,
Minnesota Statutes, the Commissioner of Transportation be appointed as agent of
the City of Fridley to let as its agent, contracts for the construction of local
roads and bridges, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed for and on behalf of the City to execute and enter into a contract with
the Commissioner of Transportation prescribing the terms and conditions of such
contracts in the form as set forth and contained in "Minnesota Departanent of
Transportation Agency Agreement" a copy of which said agreement was before the
City Council, assuming on behalf of the City all of the obligations therein
contained.
