RESOLUTION NO. 67 - 1989
RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
WATER, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT #183 (UNIVERSITY AVENUE WEST SERVICE DRIVE 83RD
TO NORTH 5001)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of construction with
respect to the following named improvement, to -wit:
WATER, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #183
including all incidental expenses thereto is estimated at $38,726.80.
2. The City Clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be
specially assessed for said improvement against every assessable lot,
piece, or parcel of land benefited by said improvement according to law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 14TH DAY OF
AUGUST, 1989
