WHEREAS, the City of Fridley established in 1965 the Water Bonds Debt Service
Fund to account for the servicing of debt issued for waterworks supply and
storage purposes; and
WHEREAS, the payment of all bonds and related interest was completed during
1988; and
WHEREAS, the funds accumulated were for waterworks improvements; and
WHEREAS, any remaining balance as of December 31, 1988 should be used for
waterworks supplies or improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Fridley
authorizes the transfer of $26,020.97 in the Water Bonds Debt Service Fund as
of December 31, 1988 to the Water Enterprise Fluid.
