RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION
FROM LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE TO THE CHURCH OF SAINT
WILLIAM
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of an
Application for Exemption from Lawful Gambling License by the
Church of Saint William; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has not found any reason to restrict
the location for the charitable gambling operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Fridley approves the Exemption from Lawful Gambling License by
the Church of Saint William for a Family Fun Night on April 5,
1991.
