RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR A LAWFUL
GAMBLING LICENSE FOR FRIDLEY JAYCEES IN SANDEE'S
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of an
Application for Lawful Gambling in Sandee's, and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has not found any reason to restrict
the location for the charitable gambling operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Fridley approves the Lawful Gambling License Application by the
Fridley Jaycees in Sandee's.
