RESOLUTION NO. 106 - 1990
RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR A LAWFUL
GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT FOR FRIDLEY JAYCEES IN JOE
DIMAGIO'S
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of an
Application for Lawful Gambling in Joe Dimagio's, and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has not found any reason to restrict
the location for the charitable gambling operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Fridley approves the Lawful Gambling Premise Permit Application
by the Fridley Jaycees in Joe Dimagio's.
