RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR A LAWFUL
GAMBLING EXEMPTION FOR TOTINO -GRACE HIGH SCHOOL
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of an
Application for a Lawful Gambling Exemption for Totino -Grace High
School; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has not found any reason to restrict
the location for the charitable gambling operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Fridley approves the Lawful Gambling Exemption Application by
the Totino -Grace High School to be held in the Knights of Columbus
Hall on Friday, January 25, 1990.
