' RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND ADVERTISEMENT FOR
BIDS FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF WELL NO. 3
PROJECT NO. 203
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to be in the
interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners affected thereby.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley as
follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolutions are
hereby ordered to be affected and completed as required:
REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF WELL N0. 3
2. The plans and specifications under the direction of the Public Works
Director for such improvements are hereby approved and shall be
filed with the City Clerk.
The Public Works Director shall accordingly prepare and cause to be inserted in
the official newspaper advertisements for bids upon the making of such
improvements under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement
shall be published for three (3) weeks (at least 21 days) , and shall specify the
work to be done and will state that the bids will be opened and considered at
' 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, the 8th day of March, 1990, and that no bids will be
considered unless sealed and filed with the Public Works Director. That the
advertisement for bids for Repair and Maintenance of Well No. 3 shall be
substantially in the standard form.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 12TH DAY OF
FEBRUARY, 1990.
