WHEREAS, the County has not scheduled Item Number 3, Osborne widening east of
Commerce, in the the amount of $40,000 to be constructed this year, it should
be deleted; and
WHEREAS, the County has not scheduled Item Number 4, Fast River Road upgrade,
phase II, in the amount of $100,000 to be construction this year, it should be
deleted; and
WHEREAS, the cost estimate for Item Number 5, Sealcoating, is such that the
quantity can be raised from $100,000 to $108,000; and
WHEREAS, the Overlay project was anitted in the 1990 Program and can be included
for the amount of $41,000, if added.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the budget be amerv9ed as follows:
