WHEREAS, Resolution No. 37 - 1990 ordered the preliminary plans, specifications
and estimates of the costs thereof for the improvements in this project.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 38 - 1990 receiving the preliminary report and receiving
petitions to waive the public hearing on the matter of the construction of
certain hiprovements for this project.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution No. 39 -1990
are hereby ordered to be effected and ccupleted as soon as reasonably possible,
to wit:
Street inprovements, including grading, stabilized base, hot -mix bituminous mat,
concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, water and sanitary sewer services, storm
sewer system, and other facilities located as follows:
AVENUE • AE 71' ADDITION
That the work involved in said iprovements as listed above shall hereafter be
designated as:

2. That the work to be performed under this project may be performed under one
or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon receipt of bids.
3. That the Public Works Director, John G. Flora, City Hall, Fridley,
Minnesota, is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement. He shall
prepare final plans and specifications for the making of such inprovements.
