RES 1990-44 - 00003911RE80LMWW W. 44 - 1990 WHERMS, Resolution No. 41 - 1990 ordered the preliminary plans, specifications and estimates of the costs thereof for the improvements in project, and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 42 - 1990 received the Preliminary Engineering Report and the petitions for the improvements in this project, and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 43 - 1990 ordered the improvement and final plans and specifications and estimates of cost for the improvements in this project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolutions are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as soon as reasonably possible, to -wit: Street improvements, including grading, stabilized base, hot -mix bituminous mat, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, water and sanitary sewer services, storm sewer systems, and other facilities located as follows: 67TH AVENUE Owl(* VAN Ma.-A,46 NI k t - r• r That the work involved in said improvements as listed above shall hereafter be designated as: WATER, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER PROTECT NO. 210 2. The plans and specifications prepared by the Public Works Department for such improvements and each of them, pursuant to the Council resolutions heretofore adopted, are hereby approved and shall be filed with the City Clerk. The Public Works Director shall accordingly prepare and cause to be inserted in the official newspaper advertisements for bids upon the making of such improvements under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published for three (3) weeks (at least 21 days), and shall specify the work to be done and will state that bids will be opened and considered at 11:00 a.m. on the 18th day of July, 1990, in the Council chambers of the City Hall, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Public Works Director, and accompanied by a cash deposit, bid bond, or certified check payable to the City for five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid.
