RESOLUTION NO. SS - 1990
RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF THE ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR TREATMENT AND REMOVAL OF TREES 1989
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost with
respect to the following named improvement, to -wit:
AND REMOVAL OF TREES 1989
including all incidental expenses thereto, is estimated
at $1,200.00.
2. The City Clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper
amounts to be specially assessed for said improvement
against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land
benefited by said improvement according to law.
