MUNZEAS, the City of Fridley authorized an increase in scope to Anoka County
for SP 02- 608 -07, East River Road/Osborne Road Improvement Project, and
WHEREAS, the change requires additional funding for the East River Road and
Osborne Road improvement - red brick median.
NOW, THMEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley that
the 1990 budget be amended as follows:
