RESOLUTION NO. 90 - 1990
' RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR A LAWFUL
GAMBLING LICENSE TO THE CHURCH OF THE IMMACULATE
CONCEPTION
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of an
Application for a Bingo Hall License by the Church of the
Immaculate Conception; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has not found any reason to restrict
the location for the charitable gambling operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the city
of Fridley approves the Bingo Hall License Application by the
Church of the Immaculate Conception to be held in the Knights of
Columbus Hall.
