The changes are a result of the incorrect legislative line that was originally sent to Council for the September 9th meeting. You will also find copies of ordinances which determined the ward boundaries in the 1960s and 1970s. Finally, you will find a September 16, 1991 memo from Tom Durand of Anoka County suspending redistricting until further order of the Court. The panel also acceierated its schedule for deciding the Legislative Redistricting issue to the first week in December.
