' RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGES IN
APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
FUND AND AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND, STREET
DIVISION, TO THE 1989 STREET FUND
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley authorized expenditures for street
improvements in the 1989 5 -Year Capital Improvement Program, and
WHEREAS, the expenditures were not included and approved in the
1989 Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fridley that the Budget of the following fund be amended as
follows:
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND
PROJECT AREA: STREET
Revenue Adjustments
Fund Balance . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 171,792.66
' Appropriation Adjustments
Capital Outlay . . . . . . . . . . . $ 171,792.66
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Fridley authorizes the transfer of funds from the Capital
Improvement Fund, Street Division, to the 1989 Street Fund in the
amount of $171,792.66.
