RES 1991-78 - 00003746129 RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 1991 RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES AND APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE NOVEMBER 5, 1991 GENERAL ELECTION NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, at a regular meeting on October 7, 1991. SECTION 1. SECTION 2. SECTION 3 SECTION 4 1 1 That on the 5th day of November 1991, there shall be an election for the purpose of voting on the following: COUNCILMEMBER IN WARD II That the polling places for said election shall be as follows: Ward 2 Precinct 1 Woodcrest Elementary School Ward 2 Precinct 2 Knights of Columbus Ward 2 Precinct 3 St. Philip's Lutheran Church Ward 2 Precinct 4 North Park Elementary School That the polling place will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. That the following people are hereby appointed to act as Judges for said election except that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to appoint qualified substitutes as set forth in Chapter 4, Section 4.05 of the City Charter.
