RES 1991-89 - 00003767150 RESOLUTION NO. 139 - 1991 ' A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1992 WHEREAS, Chapter 7, Section 7.04 of the City Charter provides that the City Manager shall prepare an annual budget; and WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared such document and the City Council has met several times for the purpose of discussing the budget; and WHEREAS, Chapter 275, Section 065 of Minnesota Statutes requires that the City shall hold a public hearing to adopt a budget; and WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing and has concluded the budget as prepared is appropriate.
