RESOLUTION NO. S - 1992
' RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR A
MINNESOTA LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO
THE WOMEN'S ASSOCIATION OF ALLIED BEVERAGE
INDUSTRIES, INC. (WAABI)
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of an
Application for a Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit for the
Women's Association of Allied Beverage Industries, Inc. (WAABI);
and
WHEREAS, the location of the Premise Permit is for the Shorewood
Restaurant and Lounge, 6161 Highway No. 65; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has not found any reason to restrict
the location for the charitable gambling operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Fridley approves the Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit
to the Women's Association of Allied Beverage Industries, Inc.
(WAABI) .
