RESOLUTION NO. 9 - 1992
' RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE
DIRECTOR TO SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Minnesota as follows:
WHEREAS, John Flora, Public Works Director, is hereby designated
to serve as a Director of the Suburban Rate Authority, and Mark
Winson, Assistant Public Works Director is hereby designated to
serve as Alternate Director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the
year 1992 and until their successors are appointed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
6TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1992.
