RESOLUTION NO. 19 - 1992
RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR A
MINNESOTA LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT FOR
THE KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of an
Application for a Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit for the
Knights of Columbus, and
WHEREAS, the location of the Premise Permit for the Knights of
Columbus is 6831 Highway No. 65 Northeast, and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has not found any reason to restrict
the location for the charitable gambling operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Fridley approves the Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit
Application for the Knights of Columbus.

24TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1992.
