' RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF A MINNESOTA LAWFUL
GAMBLING APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION FROM LAWFUL
GAMBLING LICENSE TO THE CHURCH OF ST. WILLIAM
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of a
Minnesota Lawful Gambling Application for Exemption from Lawful
Gambling License for the Church of St. William; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has not found any reason to restrict
the location for the charitable gambling operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Fridley approves the Minnesota Lawful Gambling Application for
Exemption from Lawful Gambling License for the Church of St.
William for bingo, raffles and pull -tabs to be held April 24, 1992.
