wmrmS, the construction of certain isprovements is deemed to be in the
interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners affected thereby.
NOW, UMUN E, BE rr RESOLVED by the City Council of Fridley as follows:
1. 7hat the following improvements proposed by Council Resolutions are hereby
ordered to be affected and completed as required:
2. The plans and specifications under the direction of the Public Works
Director for such improvements are hereby approved and shall be filed with
the City Clerk.
The Public Works Director shall accordingly prepare and cause to be inserted in
the official newspaper advertisements for bids upon the making of such
improvements under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement
shall be published for three (3) weeks (at least 21 days) , and shall specify the
work to be done and will state that the bids will be opened and considered at
10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, the 25th day of March, 1992, and that no bids will be
considered unless sealed and filed with the Public Works Director. 1hat the
. advertisement for bids for Little League Park Shelter No. 234 be substantially
in the standard farm.
