RESOLUTION NO. 37 - 1992
' RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR ELECTRICAL SERVICE
UPDATE FOR WELLS NO. 2, 4, 5, 6 AND 7, PROJECT
NO. 238
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to be
in the interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners
affected thereby.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fridley as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council
Resolutions are hereby ordered to be affected and
completed as required:
ELECTRICAL SERVICE UPDATE FOR WELLS
NO. 2, 4, 5, 6 AND 7
2. The plans and specifications under the direction of the
Public Works Director for such improvements are hereby
approved and shall be filed with the City Clerk.
' The Public Works Director shall accordingly prepare and cause to
be inserted in the official newspaper advertisements for bids upon
the making of such improvements under such approved plans and
specifications. The advertisement shall be published for three
(3) weeks (at least 20 days) , and shall specify the work to be
done and will state that the bids will be opened and considered at
11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, the 13th day of May, 1992, and that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Public
works Director. That the advertisement for bids for Electrical
Service Update for Wells No. 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7 shall be
substantially in the standard form.

20TH DAY OF APRIL, 1992.
