RESOLUTICN AUnERIZIM C EMNGES IN APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE
1991 CAPITAL IMPROVE M F=, STREET DIVISION
' WHEREAS, the City of Fridley authorized an increase in the scope to 73rd Avenue
upgrade Street Improvement Project No. ST. 1991 -2 Bikeway/Walkway system on
University Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley authorized an increase in the scope to the Highway
65 and Moore Lake Drive intersection Street Improvement Project No. ST. 1987 -3,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley authorized construction of 3rd Street from
Satellite Lane to Mississippi Street, and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley authorized emergency repairs to the sanitary sewer
line in 61st Avenue between 5th and 6th Streets.
WHEREAS, the changes require additional funding for the bikeway /walkway system
on University Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the changes require additional funding for the intersection at Highway
65 and West Moore Lake Drive, and
WHEREAS, the changes require additional funding for the 61st Avenue street
repair caused by the sewer break.
NOW, THEREFDRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley that
the 1991 Budget of the following fund be anw ded as follows:
