RESOLUTION NO. 39 - 1992
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT, P.S. #92 -01, VFW
ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the Plat,
P.S. #92 -01, on March 25, 1992 and recommended approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council also conducted a public hearing on the
proposed Plat at their April 20, 1992 meeting and approved the
Plat at their May 4, 1992 meeting; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Fridley hereby approves the Plat, P.S. #92 -01, VFW Addition,
with the stipulations attached as Exhibit A, and authorizes the
Mayor and City Manager to sign the Plat as prepared by Clark
Engineering Company.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the petitioner is requested to record
this Plat at Anoka County within six (6) months or said approval
with become null and void.

1.
Variance request for VFW and Division 7 shall be approved.
2.
The final drainage plan shall be approved by the Engineering
Department prior to issuance of a building permit. The final
plan shall include curbing with a four foot rip- rapped opening
between the parking and landscaped areas.
3.
The landscaping plan, including underground irrigation, shall
be approved by staff prior to issuance of a building permit.
4.
The 14 foot open space easement shall be recorded against the
Lot 1, Block 1, VFW Addition, and a copy shall be submitted
to the City for its files.
5.
Rezoning request, ZOA #92 -01, shall be approved.
6.
A paving plan shall be submitted prior to the use of the
existing gravel area by vehicles.
7.
The petitioner shall obtain the necessary permits from the
Six Cities Watershed District.
