RESOLUTION NO. 41 - 1992
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. ST. 1992 -1 & 2
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 35 - 1992 ordered the preliminary plans,
specifications and estimates of the costs thereof for the improvements in
this project, and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 36 - 1992 receiving the preliminary report and
called for a public hearing on the matter of the construction of certain
improvements for this project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 4, 1992, regarding this project.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution No. 35 -
1992 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as soon as reasonably
possible, to -wit:
Street improvements, including grading, stabilized base, hot -mix bituminous
mat, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, bikeways, water and sanitary
sewer services, storm sewer system, landscaping, and other facilities
located as follows:

2. That the work to be performed under this project may be performed under
one or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon receipt of bids.

1 3. That the Public Works Director, John G. Flora, City Hall, Fridley,
Minnesota, is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement. He
shall prepare final plans and specifications for the making of such
improvements.
