RESOLUTION NO. 42 - 1992
' RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR A
MINNESOTA LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO
THE CHURCH OF THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of an
Application for a Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit for the
Church of the Immaculate Conception; and
WHEREAS, the location of the Premise Permit is for the Knights of
Columbus Hall, 6831 Highway 65 Northeast; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has not found any reason to restrict
the location for the charitable gambling operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Fridley approves the Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit
to the Church of the Immaculate Conception.
