WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of the following NSAS street
segments:
Rice Creek Terrace 68th Avenue to Brockview Drive
Hillwind Road South of Lynde Drive to Matterhorn Drive
Hathaway Lane Polk Street to Regis Drive
67th Ave Jefferson Street to Monroe Street, and
WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on this Street
Improvement Project - ST. 1992 -2, and
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides
of the street, approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid
Street project must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions, and
WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would be a necessary prerequisite
to the approval of this construction as a Municipal State Aid project in the
"City ", has been determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley that the
City is hereby authorized to post "No Parking" signs on one side of the streets as
' noted below upon completion of the Street Improvement Project - ST. 1992 -2.
