RM)WTION AnRovi JG A SUBDIVISION, LOT SPLIT, L. S. #92-
03, TO SPLIT PROPERTY INTO TWO SEPARATE LOTS, GENERALLY
LOCATED AT 1376 - 66TH AVENUE N.E.
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a lot split at the August 17, 1992 meeting;
and the Planning Commission stipulation attached as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, such approval was to split property into two lots, generally located
at 1376 - 66th Avenue N.E., legally described as follows:
PARCEL A: That part of the West 1/3 of the Fast 249 feet, front
and rear, of Lots 6 and 14, Revised Auditor's
Subdivision No. 10, according to the plat thereof on
file and of record in the office of the Registrar of
Titles in and for Anoka County, Minnesota, lying north
of the south 124.47 feet of said Lot 6 and the West 1/3
of the East 249 feet of Outlot A, Dennis Addition,
according to the map or plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and
for Anoka County, Minnesota.
PARCEL B: The South 124.47 feet of the West 1/3 of the East 249
feet, front and rear, of Lots 6 and 14, Revised
Auditor's Subdivision No. 10, according to the plat
' thereof on file and of record in the office of the
Registrar of Titles in and for Anoka County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the City has received the required Certificate of Survey from the
owner; and
WHEREAS, such approval will split the property into two separate lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council directs the petitioner to
record this lot split at Anoka County within six months of this approval or else
such approval shall be null and void.
PASSED AND ADOPPED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 17TH DAY OF
AUGUST, 1992.
