RESOLUTION NO. 72 - 1992
' RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF A MINNESOTA LAWFUL GAMBLING
APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION FROM LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE
TO THE NEW BRIGHTON DUCKS UNLIMITED
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of a
Minnesota Lawful Gambling Application for Exemption from Lawful
Gambling License for the New Brighton Ducks Unlimited; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has not found any reason to restrict
the location for the charitable gambling operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Fridley approves the Minnesota Lawful Gambling Application for
Exemption from Lawful Gambling License for the New Brighton Ducks
Unlimited for a raffle to be held October 28, 1992 in the Knights
of Columbus Hall.
