RESOLUTION NO. 75 - 1992
' RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON
PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. STREET 1991 - 1 & 2
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 21,
1992, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
of the cost of grading, stabilized base, bituminous mat, concrete
curb and gutter, bikeways, storm sewer system, water and sanitary
sewer, landscaping, and related appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed
assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for
public inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the Fridley Municipal Center
in the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 19th
day of October, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. to pass upon the
proposed assessment for:
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. STREET 1991 - 1 & 2
' 2. The City Clerk shall publish notices of the time and place of
meeting in the official newspaper of the City at least two (2)
weeks prior to such meeting.
