RESOLUTION NO. 83 -1992
' TO THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley is a municipal corporation located in
Anoka County, Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota requests the approval of agreement
#70102 in order to provide tuition reimbursement to the City of
Fridley for State Aid Street Inspection Certification.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of
Fridley to enter into the agreement with the State of Minnesota
requesting the State to reimburse the City of Fridley for tuition
costs related to technical certification.
