RESOLUTION
CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR
TO BE
LEVIED AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR COLLECTION WITH
THE
TAXES
PAYABLE IN 1993 (WEEDS)
WHEREAS, a
nuisance condition has been found to exist
on the
lots listed
below;
and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to
abate such nuisance;
and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance
and the City
of Fridley,
under authority of section 18.271 Minnesota State
Statutes of
1988,
did therefore abate the nuisance at a total of $1,163.20.
