RESOLUTION NO. 93 - 1992
LUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STORM SEWER PROJECT NO 223
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on November 9 1992,
the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the
cost of extension of the storm sewer line and catch basin, and the
restoration of curb, gutter and asphalt and related appurtenances;
and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed
assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for
public inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the Fridley Municipal Center
in the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 7th
day of December, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. to pass upon the
proposed assessment for:
STORM SEWER PROJECT NO 223
2. The City Clerk shall publish notices of the time and place of
meeting in the official newspaper of the City at least two (2)
weeks prior to such meeting.
