RESOLUTION NO. 104 - 1993
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING TARGET NEIGHBORHOODS TO
RECEIVE FUNDING UNDER MINNESOTA HOUSING FINANCE
AGENCY'S COMMUNITY REHABILITATION FUND PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley recognizes the importance of
preserving the City's rental housing stock, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined there are neighborhoods within the
City in need of rental housing rehabilitation, and
WHEREAS, an application for funding has been submitted to the Minnesota
Housing Finance Agency for the Community Rehabilitation Fund Program (the
"Program "), and
WHEREAS, the City Council must designate specific geographic areas to receive
any Program funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the target neighborhoods are defined as those areas identified in
Exhibit A as Target Neighborhood 1 and Target Neighborhood 2.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 13TH DAY OF
DECEMBER, 1993.
