RESOLUTION NO. 11 - 1993
' RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR A MINNESOTA
LAWFUL GAMBLING PRE141SE PERMIT TO TOTINO-GRACE HIGH
SCHOOL
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of an Application for
a Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit for Totino-Grace High School; and
WHEREAS, the location of the Premise Permit is for Straight Arran Sports Cafe,
5895 University Avenue Northeast; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has not found any reason to restrict the location
for the charitable gambling operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Fridley
approves the Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit to Totino-Grace High
School.

FEBRUARY, 1993.
