WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of an Application for
Exemption from Lawful Gambling License from Minnesota Bass Federation; and
WHEREAS, the location of the Lawful Gambling License is for Thorne Brothers
Sporting Goods, 7500 University Avenue Northeast; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has not found any reason to restrict the location
for the charitable gambling operation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Fridley
approves the Minnesota Lawful Gambling Application for Exemption from Lawful
Gambling License to Minnesota Bass Federation.
