' RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MUNICIPAL STATE AID FUNDS TO A MUNICIPAL OFF
SYSTEM PROJECT — T.H. 47 BITUMINOUS SIDEWALK 73RD AVENUE TO 85TH
AVENUE (S.A.P. 127 - 090 -03)
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of Fridley to
extend an 8 foot bituminous sidewalk along and inside the west right -of -way of
Trunk Highway No. 47 between 73rd Avenue and 85th Avenue, and
WHEREAS, said construction project is being submitted to the Minnesota Department
of Transportation State Aid Office and identified in its records as S.A.P. 127-
090 -03.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, that an appropriation from the Municipal State -Aid Funds
in the amount of $80,000 be made to apply to the construction of said project and
request the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Transportation to approve
this appropriation.
