RESOLUTION NO. 77 - 1993
RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it is evident to the City Council of the City of Fridley that the
streets herein referenced should be revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets under
provisions of Minnesota Laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, County
of Anoka, that the streets described as follows, to wit:

be and hereby are revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets of said City subject
to the approval of the Commissioner of Minnesota Department of Transportation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to forward two (2) certified copies of this Resolution to the Commissioner of
the Minnesota Department of Transportation for his approval of the revocation
of said Municipal State Aid Streets.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 4TH DAY OF
OCTOBER, 1993.
