RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 1993
' RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Fridley that the streets
hereinafter described should be designated as a Municipal State Aid Streets under
provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, County
of Anoka, that the streets described as follows, to wit:
Termini
Squire Drive — Rice Creek Rd to Camelot In
Camelot Lane — Arthur St to Squire Dr
Stinson Boulevard — 73rd Ave to Osborne Rd (1/2 Fridley)
79th Way — Riverview Terrace to Alden Way
Riverview Terrace — 79th Way to Kimball Street
Kimball Street — Riverview Terrace to East River Road
be and hereby is established, located and designated a Municipal State Aid Street
of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Minnesota Department
of Transportation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
' to forward two (2) certified copies of this Resolution to the Commissioner of
Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation
of said streets that the same be constructed, improved, and maintained as a
Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Fridley, to be numbered and known as
a Municipal State Aid Street as established by the State.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 4TH DAY OF
OCTOBER, 1993.
