RESOLUTION NO. 88 - 1993
RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR A MINNESOTA
LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO LIONS FRIDLEY CLUB
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of a Renewal
Application for a Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit for Lions Fridley
Club; and
WHEREAS, the location of the Premise Permit is for T.R. McCoys, 7820 University
Avenue Northeast; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has not found any reason to restrict the location
for the charitable gambling operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Fridley
approves the Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit to Lions Fridley Club.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 18TH DAY OF
OCTOBER, 1993.
