RESOLUTION NO. 4 - 1994
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF RESIDUAL CASH
AND INVESTMENT BALANCES FROM THE GENERAL OBLIGATION
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT BONDS OF 1972 DEBT SERVICE FUND TO
THE CLOSED DEBT SERVICE FUND
WHEREAS, The City of Fridley established the General Obligation Special
Assessment Bonds of 1972 Debt Service Fund for the servicing of 1972 debt issued
for public improvements; and
WHEREAS, the payment of all bonds and related interest for the above bond issue
was completed in 1993; and
WHEREAS, it has been the policy of the City of Fridley to transfer the remaining
balances in a debt service fund to the Closed Debt Service Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Fridley
authorizes the transfer, as of December 31, 1993, of 1,620,337.91 plus allocated
interest income for 1993 from the General Obligation Special Assessment Bonds
of 1972 Debt Service Fund to the Closed Debt Service Fund.
