RESOLUTION NO. 51 - 1994
RESOLUTION DENYING A WETLAND REPLACEMENT PLAN, WR #94-
01, FOR PAUL HARSTAD, GENERALLY LOCATED AT 5470 AND
5490 EAST DANUBE ROAD N.E.
WHEREAS, a wetland exists according to the 1989 Federal Manual; and
WHEREAS, the wetland is not a DNR protected wetland; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project does not fall under one or more Exemptions; and
WHEREAS, the project is not wetland- dependent; and
WHEREAS, all impact avoidance options have been determined to be reasonable;
and
WHEREAS, the project impacts have not been minimized; and
WHEREAS, the replacement plan does not meet the 2:1 replacement ratio required
by City Code Section 205.27.10.D; and
' WHEREAS, the applicant did not submit a complete application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Fridley
hereby deny the Wetland Replacement Plan, WR #94 -01, by Paul Harstad.
