WITH IMPROVEMENTS ON EAST RIVER ROAD FROM
JANESVILLE

PROJECT NO. ST. 1995 - 4
WHEREAS, plans for Project No. SP 02- 601 -35 (MSAP 127- 020 -15) showing proposed
alignment, profiles, grades and cross - sections for the construction,
reconstruction or improvement of County State Aid Highway No. 1 (East River
Road) within the limits of the City as a State Aid project have been prepared
and presented to the City, and
WHEREAS, the improvement plans have been completed to further enhance the
safety of motorists and residents along East River Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, approve the above mentioned plans and that Anoka
County be requested to proceed with the improvements on East River Road from
Janesville Street to North City Limits.
