RES 1995-40 - 0000288357 ' RESOLUTION NO. 40 - 1995 RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES AND APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE JULY 11, 1995, STATE REPRESENTATIVE HOUSE DISTRICT 52A SPECIAL ELECTION NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, at a regular meeting on July 10, 1995. F -15100 CONME SECTION 2. SECTION 3. ICTION 4. That on the 11th day of July 1995, there shall be a State Representative House District 52A Special Election: That the polling places for said election shall be as follows: Ward 1 Precinct 3 Fridley Municipal Center Ward 1 Precinct 4 Fridley Senior High School Ward 2 Precinct 4 North Park Elementary School Ward 3 Precinct 3 Stevenson Elementary School Ward 3 Precinct 4 Fridley Covenant Church That the polling place will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. That the following people are hereby appointed to act as Judges for said election except that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to appoint qualified substitutes as set forth in Chapter 4, Section 4.05 of the City Charter.
