RESOLUTION NO. 44 - 1995
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MUNICIPAL STATE AID FUNDS TO
COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY (CSAH) OSBORNE ROAD -
COMMERCE LANE TO 5TH STREET (SAP 02- 608 -08) (MSAP 127-
020-16)
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for Anoka County to make
certain improvements to Osborne Road between Commerce Lane and 5th Street
including milling, bituminous overlay, turn lane and signal revisions and a
bituminous pathway, and
WHEREAS, said construction project is being submitted to the Minnesota
Department of Transportation State Aid Office and identified in its records as
SAP 02- 608 -08 and MSAP 127- 020 -16.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, that an appropriation from the Municipal State Aid
Funds in the amount of $15,000 be made to apply to the construction of said
project and request the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of
Transportation to approve this appropriation.
