RESOLUTION NO. 45 - 1995
RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE POSTING OF "NO PARKING- SIGNS
ON OSBORNE ROAD BETWEEN COMMERCE LANE AND 5TH STREET
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley and County of Anoka have planned certain
improvements of Osborne Road from Commerce Lane to 5th Street, and
WHEREAS, the City will be expending City Off- System State Aid Funds on this
street improvement project, and
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both
sides of the street, approval of the proposed construction as a City and County
State Aid Street project must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking
restrictions, and
WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would be a necessary prerequisite
to the approval of this construction as a City and County State Aid project has
been determined.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
by the City Council of
the City of Fridley that
the County is hereby authorized
to post "No Parking" signs
on both sides of the
above street between Commerce
Lane and 5th Street
upon completion of the
'
improvements scheduled for this
roadway segment.
